Pep Boys Fleet Discounts for Towing Companies: The Full Price List
08 Sep 2026
Tow Network Advantage is the fleet discount program Pep Boys runs for Dolooma operators. It is separate from the Pep Boys Tow Referral Program, which pays you for bringing retail customers in; this one saves you money on your own trucks; both are free and every Pep Boys location honors both and your drivers' personal vehicles. Here is every published number.
Percentage discounts
- 10% off labor on every service visit.
- 10% off parts and outside purchases.
- 5% off tires, plus fleet-rate tire installation at $25 per tire.
Locked-in fleet prices
- Alignment: $104.99
- Standard brake package: $190
- Premium brake package: $219
- Conventional PM service (oil change and inspection): $41
- Synthetic PM service: $69
- Per-tire installation: $25
Locked-in means the price is the same at every participating location and does not move with local promotions. Percentage discounts apply on top of the store's posted price for everything not on the locked-in list.
Which vehicles qualify
Consumer vehicles and light-duty trucks: cars, pickups, vans and service trucks. That covers the light-duty wrecker cab and the chase vehicle, and it covers your drivers' personal cars. Heavy-duty wreckers and rotators are outside what Pep Boys service centers handle.
How the fleet account works
Enrolling gives your company one fleet number that is recognized in-store, online and on the phone at every participating Pep Boys. Every driver gets a digital wallet pass; a physical fleet card is available on request. All spend is tracked in your Dolooma dashboard, so you can see what each truck cost to keep on the road by month.
What a year looks like
Take a three-truck light-duty fleet doing synthetic oil changes every 5,000 miles, two brake jobs a year per truck and one set of tires. At the locked-in prices that is roughly $69 per PM service, $190 to $219 per brake package and 5% off tires plus $25 a wheel to mount them. The percentage discounts then apply to everything else: alternators, batteries, belts, the unplanned repairs that decide whether a truck is earning or parked. Most operators find the savings on the unplanned work outweigh the savings on the scheduled work.
Stacking it with the referral bonus
The same free enrollment covers both programs. Tow Network Advantage lowers what you spend at Pep Boys; the Pep Boys Tow Referral Program pays you when you bring retail customers to Pep Boys. An operator who drops a customer's car for a repair and gets their own truck's oil changed while they are there has used both in one visit.
How to enroll
Enroll once through the referral program page; the fleet account is part of the same sign-up. There is no cost and no Dolooma subscription requirement. Find the Pep Boys locations nearest your yard and check the current locked-in prices on the landing page before you go, as Pep Boys updates them from time to time.
